unexplained location unhelpful person
The resort includes several pools and finding shade was not a problem.
Upon arrival, the location of my building was not explained. The person offered no help with bags and took me to the wrong building initially. The receptionist failed to explain my half-board package and I had to find information on a third-party website.

full kitchen delicious punch
my beautiful king suite garden view had a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. the rum punch on arrival tasted delicious, i must say.
the gym had limited towels available during peak hours.
